How to put adsense on your wordpress blog.
There are lots of plugins that work with adsense but the one I use is provided by the following guy at:
Adsense injection

It works pretty well and the installation is as simple as follows:

change directory to /public_html/wp-content/plugins like

1)cd public_html/wp-content/plugins
2)wget http://www.biggnuts.com/wp-content/code/adsense-injection-20.zip
2)unzip adsense-injection-20.zip

Go site options and enable plugins

Now you should see the option plugins enabled next to Users and Settings.

Now go and enable the plugin by checking the checkbox and hiting the activate button.

If you click on settings you should now see a new link named adsense located next to Miscellaneous

Go there and customize the look and feel of your ads.

And now you are ready to start making some revenue with adsense.
